A Message from Chef & Owner Patty Finnegan-DiPreta
You found us. This is Gails'. Gails Station House Restaurant was distroyed by fire in May of 2005. Three months later, I opened "The Station House Café" in West Redding Connecticut. This was the original location of Gails's. It feels great to be nestled in This quaint town of west redding just minutes away from Ridgefield, Danbury, and Bethel.
The Station House Café (Formely Gails Station House) is committed to bringing you the finest, freshest products available, from our famous scones to our winter soup, omlette and luncheon specials. All meals are prepared fresh daily and from scratch. Our chefs are CIA trained and are continually creating new and exciting presentations.
Just a glance at our menu and you'll realize that we're not your ordinary family restaurant- though we do make a mean stack of pancakes. And breakfast is available all day. Our menu offers beloved American lunch classics such as Bacon Cheese Burgers, Wraps, Salads and signature menu items such as corn-cheddar pancakes, Gail's Famous Bread and home made pies. At Gail's Station House we use only USDA approved meats and produce. We also have a large selection of vegetarian dishes and understand the needs of the Celiac Diet. |
